What if I want changes during the design phase?

Changes during design phase are easy and usually no charge. Once drawings are lodged with council, changes get more involved. Once construction starts, changes typically involve revised council submissions. We try to lock everything before lodgement to avoid this.

Do you work weekends?

Build crew is Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm. We don't work weekends except in exceptional circumstances (urgent repair, weather make-up). Site visits and consultations we can do on Saturday by appointment.

Design and Building Permit lodgement
Step 3
Once you sign, our drafter and structural engineer prepare the full submission package: site plan, floor plan, elevations, structural drawings, engineering certificate. You see the drawings before they go to council.

Build week
Step 4
Footings first, then structure, then cladding. We work to a written schedule that you get on day one. Any change to the schedule (rain delay, material delivery issue) comes with a phone call.

Handover walk-through
Step 5
On the final day we walk you through the completed structure. Show you the components, explain the warranty, hand over the certifications (mill certificate, engineering certificate, council approval document) for your records.
