Our drafter produces the structural drawings for your specific build. A registered WA structural engineer signs off the design to AS/NZS 1170.2 wind loading.

Building Permit application lodged
We prepare and lodge the Building Permit application with your local council under the WA Building Act 2011. The pathway used depends on the build (BA1 certified, or BA2 uncertified where applicable).

Council assessment + approval
Council reviews the submission. Any queries come back to us, not you. Once approved, we book the build for the next available crew slot.
Processing time varies by council and submission completeness.

Build week + handover
Footings poured, structure erected, cladding fitted. Most carports are 2 to 4 days on site. Final walk-through, certifications handed over, warranty paperwork signed.
We tidy daily and leave the site clean.
